Orange Blossom honey Our number 1 seller! In early spring, comes from the orange groves of Southern California. It has a sweet mild taste of citrus. This is a really nice table honey and a favorite on biscuits.
Mariposa Mountain Wildflower honey comes from the Mariposa Foothills. This honey has a strong taste and is for those who dare to sample its flavor. The Black Bears favorite as well as candy to the early settlers of California.
Valley Wildflower honey comes from the fertile soil of the San Joaquin Valley. This honey has the taste of the sweet flower blossoms of summer. Used on the grill to add that sweet taste to those sizzling BBQ ribs. It's worth a try!!
Clover honey comes from the Central Valley wild clover fields. This honey has a really nice balanced flavor. It also can be used as a table honey.
Blackberry honey, when the wild blackberries are in bloom the gathering of the sweet nectar starts. This is a favorite to all our customers. The rich bold taste of wild berries in each bite.
Plum honey, this is another one of our customer’s favorites. It comes from the plum orchards of the Central Valley. It has a nice plum flavor and is great for baking.
Cotton honey, yes cotton. This is a very sweet and light flavored honey.
Alfalfa honey has an acquired flavor. It defiantly taste like alfalfa, has a green taste to it. Try chewing on a piece of alfalfa and you will understand what we mean by a green taste.
